I think that you're best bet would be to ask her next time you see her for her pager number or some way to contact her.

As for her knowing your history, with a set up like the one through the University, most of your information SHOULD be in your file. The way it's set up, any doctor should be able to see you and catch up to in moments. You and I both know that this system is not in the patients best interest.

I hope that you're able to sort this out soon and perhaps find another dr there that you feel comfortable with.
