Therapists actively chose to become therapists for a living. If they do suffer (and I doubt they do as general rule) it is their problem - not that of a client. A major premise is that the client need not take care of or worry about a therapist - they hold themselves out as able to take care of themselves and I see no reason for a client not to take that at face value.
I would not tell one of those guys more than I was willing risk unless I was looking for interference. But I tend to approach therapists with caution and circumspection.
