Hi all,

My therapist suggested that I keep track of my daily moods as well as events that happen as a way to figure out some of my possible triggers. I am unable to identify/understand my emotions so the idea is that this will help me with that also. I tried bullet journaling not too long ago but I have a really difficult time keeping up with things like that - I lose interest and get bored with it very quickly. I also have a pretty busy life so I dislike having to take extra time to draw out the pages and all that. I'm just hoping to get some suggestions - what has worked for you all as for as tracking these kinds of things?

Thanks in advance!
