No, I think I know what you mean
It hasn't been very long since I've been diagnosed and now I'm trying to be super aware of my thoughts and actions in order to go against it and try to step out of my comfort zone. I just find it hard to know when it's okay to have worries or bad emotions such as embarassment and when it's pathological.
