As others have written, my review was no problem. It just consisted of my pdoc filling out a two-sided form & sending it in. There was no visit to the SSA necessary. When I received notice that I'd be receiving SSDA, they simply said I'd be up for review every seven years. I hope your experience is as easy as mine was. I don't think you have anythingt to worry about.
