I tried bullet journaling not too long ago but I have a really difficult time keeping up with things like that - I lose interest and get bored with it very quickly. I also have a pretty busy life so I dislike having to take extra time to draw out the pages and all that. I'm just hoping to get some suggestions - what has worked for you all as for as tracking these kinds of things?

Thanks in advance!
Hi, visitor here, I once I had a dx of personality disorder not otherwise specified, years ago.

I use imoodjournal on my phone, its an app, and I set it to ask me questions randomly throughout the day about my mood that I programed into the app.
