Down to 259.2

I haven't weighed this much since 2015 I think. It's exciting. Today I'm going to work on eating more. I made hard boiled eggs yesterday and I have fruit and veggies in the fridge so it's not like I don't have food to eat. I still have half a rotisserie chicken in the fridge too. I think I'm going to get all the chicken off it tonight and freeze it. Tomorrow I want to make some curry, just for a change and maybe some rice, since the curry recipe has potatoes in it. Maybe that would be too many carbs though. I feel the need to make some gluten free naan too. I wonder how that would go with almond yogurt. I think I just need 1/3 cup of it. I really want to get some cabbage and make some cabbage pancakes too to have with some spicy mayo. I might be hungry. lol.
