I have cut out sugar and sweets. Barely any red meat (a casual angus burger now and then) and eating out. I have a homemade chicken salad for lunch everyday at work, a lite dinner of meat, veggies, and rice stir fry or steamed....
I weighed 225 lbs after New Years, but now read 200.4 this morning.
Also went from a 12/pk beer to a 6 nightly.
