Since I stopped drinking fattening beers I thought the weight would fall off.
Wrong.
I eat most lunches at a health food store they serve large portions. I need to eat less there. Plus we eat out a lot.
I have started going to the gym 3 times a week. worked up to 3.25 miles so a bit more than a 5K.
So am happy about that. But that doesn't burn many calories.
