I was low a couple times over the years but lately have only been using whatever is in a multivitamin. I also walk outside for a half hour daily, usually between 10 and 2, peak sun hours, no matter how cold. I am unsure if I get enough sunlight when wearing hat and scarf and coat?

I started taking 5000 vitamin D again after reading this thread-thank you! Didn't know it could make such a difference. I'll also make a point to be tested again soon.
