I had a heavier breakfast. I've been having a hard time lasting til lunch so hopefully this will help. How pretty all the food looked! I had my regular two dry blueberry waffles and added a vanilla Greek yogurt (the 5% kind, really creamy and only 120 cals), some dried apricots and a cup of my own superb coffee! Yum!
