Hi Everyone,
I am new to the site. I'm so sorry all of us are struggling with eating disorders. I want to tell you though, it is possible to recover. never lose hope. i didn't. i kept fighting and kept fighting until i found the right person to help me. the right therapist. Her name is Susan Mendelsohn. She has a book called
"It's Not About The Weight: Attacking Eating Disorders from the Inside out".
i posted about this on another site and one person thought i was trying to plug the book. (i was offended, kind of hurt, because i was just trying to help. i'm passionate about helping people.) i'm sorry, but this book doesn't need plugged, lol. anyways, my intent on posting about Susan Mendelsohn is that she has saved my life... i nearly died from ed so many times... and i want to pass her encouraging words on to everyone else, so that you have a chance to be empowered also, just like i am.
Please never stop fighting ed. YOU can and will beat him. never lose hope. when you lose hope, that's when you get into trouble.
all my love to everyone.
