As far as caffeine, I have about 1 cup of coffee per day. When it comes to sunshine, it still gets dark here kind of early, but once there is daylight savings time, it will get much better. I am inside too much while working though, but I go out for lunch breaks. My diet is so-so, and I am slowly getting back into routine for exercise (yoga, mostly), but didn't get a chance to do it this week. I often skip Vitamins, but that is also something I want to get more in the habit of taking.
