Hello everyone, my name is Jim I am a 28 year old college graduate with a BA in Psychology. I have been working in Human Resources for what will be 3 Years in July, specifically though I have only been in the Pension Subdivision of the Department, so I do not have what would probably be considered traditional Human Resources experience. I am at a point where I need to make more money then I do now and sure enough that means probably continuing my education.
One of the career paths I was considering was the Conflict Resolution path, as I was exploring what I could do with a Degree in Psychology this came up and thought I might be able to do this, but I have been asking to no avail, do I need to go back to school to get a BA in Conflict Resolution respectively, or can I simply go forward with a Masters in Conflict Resolution because I have the BA in Psychology? It would seem that some of my research showed that one could go straight into the Graduate Degree from where I am.
If someone could answer this question that would be appreciated, and if someone can propose some online school by which I can realize this goal that would be even more amazing!
