Spoke with the loan officer and they need to correct 3 pages of the line of credit application, they spelled my hubbys name incorrectly. It is Jeffrey and not jeffery. I was right about the estimated cost for the loan, really just depends on how much we end up spending.$40K-$50K over 15 years is $350-$450 a month. It just depends what we end up doing to the house.

I went to the mall tonight and picked out an 80th birthday gift for my dad.
I had engraved " Happy 80th Pop" on one side then the other says "Love You Bizi". It is made of sterling silver and was very expensive. Since it is made of silver it will tarnish and need to be polished periodically.
Maybe I can mention that to mom.
Found out that it is going to rain on wednesday so they should be at the condo when I arrive, so I won't have to wait to get in and join them.
