I find when I feel like doing nothing, starting off very small and very easy helps. Taking a bath, for example, or washing some dishes. Anything to get me doing -something-, you know?
Exercise gives me a large boost of energy and relaxation, so I try to force myself to do it even on my "off" days. My mood changes considerably between pre-exercise and post-exercise. I know it can feel almost impossible to do anything on these off days, but even 5 minutes is better than nothing.
When my mood is super low, I'll take a nap. Probably not the best coping mechanism but when I wake up sometimes I feel a bit better.
