Has Latuda helped anyone who was manic? I thought it was for depression.

I think I’m becoming manic. I didn’t sleep last night at all but I don’t feel tired and my mind is racing. I’m going to be honest. I’m not med compliant. I don’t take Latuda very much at all. That leaves me mainly taking an SSRI.
I called my pdoc, but all he said was if I’d take the medication as prescribed it would really help me.

I just don’t see how a med primarily for depression is going to stop mania.
