Thanks for the quick reply. So you're saying to try and bring as much meds as I can from Ireland. I think they'll only give me 3 months though. So after 3 months I can apply for a card even though I'm not legally a resident. I'm only coming on a 2 year work visa. And will this card help to subsidise the cost of meds?

And I can't go straight to a pdoc? I have to get a gp referral first. Do you know do I need to bring any documents from my gp over here to show to the Canadian doc?

Also do you know roughly how much gp,pdoc and CBT therapist charge.

Sorry for all the questions. I just left all this to the last minute but I did know I can bring a couple if months of meds with me but that all the researched. I am by far the world's worst procrastinater.
