There is one room in my house I can’t sleep in- it always gives me nightmare. We built the house about ten years ago, so no history regarding the room. Luckily it’s not my room, but still.

Not sure if it’s the room or the bed (guest room). I also need to sleep in a bed that is placed correctly when it comes to north/south/west/east. If I travel and the bed is placed «wrong», I don’t sleep very well.

When my dreams were very absurd I used to sleep on the couch. Now I sleep in my bed. Seroquel makes me dream, but the dreams are less absurd.

I really hope you get some restful sleep tonight. I feel your pain.
