Hi Jim, and welcome to the Work subforum!
I do not know specifically about your field, but from my knowledge of other fields, I believe you could go straight into a masters. That is what I would recommend. I imagine there may be some pre-reqs that you'd have to complete. I know plenty of people in my field who have BAs in other areas but then got their masters in my field. It also depends on work experience.
