I ate a lot today.lunch: smothered elk roast.(160)
collard greens(100) and a bowl of tomato lentil soup(16oz)(320).
almonds(140) for a snack at 3pm
dinner piece of cheese(110), almonds again(140)
talapia(150) and another bowl of soup.(320) 5 girl scout cookies(200) and a bag of pop corn(100) oh yeah....10 mini pop corn crisps(60) half of an avocado(70)
added all up=1870 calories today,
forgot to add the creamer from the morning coffee=(80)
total for day 1950.
