Day 2 of "getting my blue dot" on weight watchers, which basically means you ate within their recommended limits. Also did some walking this morning. Main thing to report is, i did not binge eat (not chocolate, not regular food!) after my t appointment at noon, which ive done pretty regularly for like the past ten years. Not HUGE binges, but say like 4 to 6 servings of stuff? Enough to fatten me up and make me take a nap. Like a frozen meal and a pint of ice cream
