I have ate about 2000 calories. I estimated the calories for the hamburger and I think I am close. I walked 1974 steps. I will have to go on an at least two mile walk. I discovered that my new phone has both a pedometer and a heart rate features. Comparing this to my now two imitation Fitbit straps, there are substantial differences. There are significant pedometer readings. The Chinese Fitbits are also sometimes all over the place with the bpm. I cannot use my phone since it does not provide me with a running heart bpm reading. So what to do. Lately life has been chaotic, so it has been difficult getting my three a day meals in. That is why I ate the hamburger to boost my calories.
