The day that I finally told my father about my SH I was covered in fresh SH and he was upset but didn't get mad about it. he knew that I was getting help for other issues and I would have to get help for this one as well.

My at the time girlfriend on the other hand was not happy at all. I Had clearly been hiding it from her and she had no idea that I was hurting myself until I told her when we met up after we broke up. It hurt her I could tell but this was part of my life and she was going to have to deal with it.

Everyone else that I have told as far as friends have been upset but nothing sticks out in particular.
