Well, allot has happened today. I managed to only fit in 1700 calories, and 2175 steps. My hike will have to wait a couple days. My weight in the morning was 178, so I expect different tomorrow. Just to be sure, I weighed myself just now and I weigh 179. I had eggs with chorizo, a yogurt smoothie, and a Mexican style flank steak with some pinto beans. I am going to have to do better at my food consumption during the day.
