Hi. What I do to fall asleep is to lie in bed - I sleep on my side - and focus my attention on the muscles in my upper body; shoulders, back, neck etc., and with a little concentration, really relax them, let go, let them turn into jelly. It's really quite nice because if you're like me, anxiety causes your muscles to tense up. And then I just drift off to sleep. Try it and see how you go.
