Pleasantly surprised that I was 165.8 this morning, down around a half pound from two days ago. It was a surprise because I felt bloated and things haven't been moving for the last couple of days. Since my goal is to stay at 164 or lower, it's about time for me to flip the script on how I look at my weight. On the way down, I always considered my lowest weight as my current weight because I know I am eating at a deficit and it will continue to go lower. Now I need to get my highest spikes at or below 164. 168 is the highest in the last week; last 3 weigh ins (today, 2 days ago and 4 days ago) I have been below 167.
