I'd heard it called "nervous system" something(I can't remember the third word), but when it happened to me I was also in crash from three weeks of no sleep while I moved 8 people's things from one place to another, mostly by myself. The doctor that saw me, a GP, gave me something to sleep. Why nobody caught bipolar then is beyond me.
