It does make a difference. I was vit. D deficient (who in the Pac NW isn't??) and started supplementing with 4000IU Vit. D last year. I haven't had my usual seasonal depression this winter and think it has something to do with the increase in my D levels. That’s impressive. I have reserve SAD, the summer depresses me. I come alive in the winter. I’m def gonna make sure I take vitamin d every day
