I also have a numb left side (shoulder, arm, leg and foot) and I take Lyrica for the neuropathic pain.

Not much you can do but try to stay active. Just go for short-long walks. I do it at least once a day...need to get out more..

Yes I am going through something similar, but my med addiction...well day three now.
