My weight is about 178. I have had 2300 calories worth of food. No number of steps worth listing here. I have been really depressed, so this has been affecting my food consumption. I have not been planning my meals which is what I wanted to avoid doing. I have not been eating reliably. I will probably be better tomorrow. I think a good walk will help.
PS I have just purchased a genuine Fitbit. I will see if this makes any difference at all. I have just learned that how bracelets measure bpm is not that accurate of a method. There are more reliable methods. Still, this activity monitor gets good reviews, but mixed for its accuracy. Either it is pretty accurate or it’s significantly in error. Quality control? How it is being used? I can always return it to Amazon.
