I was born with Spina Bifida.
I’ve been reminded by family and friends all my life that I should just be happy that I’m alive and that I can walk.
For me there must be more to life than being alive or being able to walk at ‘nanna speed’.
I’m finding it harder with each passing year to keep a great attitude.
My latest fun diagnosis is that I have a tumour on my parathyroid gland.
