are you seeing a therapist? finding a good T is a good first step to healing
Read the stickies at the top of the forum for ways to cope with the different symptoms
talk it through with a close friend or relative you can trust or maybe a help line or religious person if you are religious -
hope you find a start to your journey of healing
but please dont just think you can fix this yourself - we all need some help and there is no shame in that - hugs if ok
