yes, and I'm ashamed to admit this actually.
once, at a friend's funeral, they were playing her last song as they were letting people see her for the final time, and I was sitting in my seat laughing softly
the person next to me was like.... psst, that's sophie your best friend. you shouldn't be laughing, today is a sad day for her family and friends- and though I tried to control my voice when I said yes... yes I know, tears of laughter were just falling down my cheeks
I was known as insensitive for like a week after that, but I did make it up to her
I let off some baloons in the garden (the baloons being the flight to heaven), and read a poem that I personally wrote for her about what a great life she led.
the other thing that always springs to mind was laughing during math class while the teacher was trying to teach us simple adition.
he's like... please, can you stop laughing, their is nothing funny about 1 plus 1, let's be quiet so we can consontrate on the lesson
me: let's go to hawaii!
and before the teacher could blink, I was on the floor, with all the math supplies on the floor trying to build a bridge to hawaii laughing and laughing, and laughing
then he got to me... emily can you tell me 10 plus 1?
with the biggist smile and my face, and not even attempting to hide my laughter, I'm like... it's 11!.
him: wwhat's so funny about the number 11?
me: it's just funny!
from then on everyone (even now) thinks 11 is something that always makes me laugh- it doesn't, but they still try it when I'm feeling down... 11, 11, 11, 11, 11, like they will get some really high reaction to it
pisses me off!. actually I hate the number 11, because it seems to follow me everywhere and it's scary
