Do you enjoy any computer games? I find those give me amazing distraction from anxiety and other uncomfortable feelings. Some games I enjoy are World of Warcraft, Stardew Valley, Dead by Daylight, The Sims, Final Fantasy XIV....but it's all about personal preference. Maybe you could find a game that appeals to you?
I also find exercise is an amazing distraction when you put all the focus on your body moving, the muscles being engaged, and the sweat being produced. If you ever want suggestions for free workouts or good games to play, feel free to shoot me a PM.
