Frankly I know for a fact I do much better in the heat. I have stopped dieting in the winter because I know it is pointless. From March until October I can diet. I believe this is due to the warmth, vitamin D, AND sunlight.
I plan on moving to the south in retirement and I am hopeful it will really increase the quality of life.
