The go-to treatment plan for those conditions would be CBT and an anti-depressant. But as everyone else has said, these take time. For the anxiety aspects there is exposure therapy which you are slowly introduced to your fears/triggers until you aren't (severely impacted/considered to have a mental illness) anymore. It takes a long time to find something that works. I wish you the best.
