Severe ADHD here (well, according to MH professionals?).
I'm usually all over the place too, so I do think it's funny you're the one keeping people on task.

My Ritalin helps... to a degree. The rest of it I have to push through it, as I don't do caffeine. (I simply don't like coffee, soda, or tea! And no caffeine pills for me.)
Most people at my work are pretty focused, so I don't have to keep them on track, which is good because it can be stressful to do that all the time. However, I used to have to do that at school with a lot of people when I worked on team projects with them! Blah. Annoying after a while.
Just remember to take it easy and do what you gotta do to work again. If people aren't focused everyday, don't let their problem become yours because it'll stress you out pretty quickly. Give 'em a figurative slap and kick 'em in the @ss... or literally if they piss you off enough. lol
