as you are learning, chronic pain can wear you down to a nub~!
one of the most important things, in my opinion, is to keep learning coping skills as you seek medical treatment. many medical options take time, and some don't work for some people at all! it's all hit and miss~ be grateful if you have a doc who even believes you are in pain.
