Yes CBT I think is about the best way to start. It helps you learn to live WITH these conditions, to participate in life in a way that is manageable given all you are dealing with, and just helps you figure yourself out.
I was in CBT for a while. Now its more psychodynamic. I have learned to work with my mental health conditions, and how to cope with them and how they develop and change in the future.
CBt can help make you feel more in control- in a situation where you might otherwise feel overwhelmed
