Twice though my pdoc wanted it a couple more times, especially the time I had the worst mania I remember. Had a bad experience that 2nd hospitalization (that one was for panic/PTSD). First one was for not sleeping 3 days straight.

Then, 2 medical ones, one no biggie, giving birth to my daughter. Second medical one was this Valentines Day to Feb. 20. I had a perforated ulcer (never knew I had one to begin with). That required emergency surgery and recovery more pain than I ever thought existed, made childbirth look like a walk in the park. Still recovering from that latest hospitalization, which may be part of the reason I am falling back into depression. I was pulling out of depression right before that happened.
