I take mine with water, though if it's one small pill, like Klonopin or something and water is not handy, I will dry swallow it. I can't do that with larger medications though. I usually have something to drink though, especially water, with me even when I'm not home. I find one or maybe the combo of these meds cause me dry mouth, so I'm always drinking something or chewing sugar-free gum to combat the dry mouth.
