need to take a shower and get ready for a 10am trip to the dentist.
I have an hour to get ready which is plenty of time.
I think I have gotten caught up with threads.
weighed 173.8 this morning...up 4 pounds in one week. How is that possible?????
I did not follow my diet plans and ate a lot of food.
Not that much food so it must be that I was not really 169.8 before, perhaps I was a bit dehydrated then....I will try to drink more fluids, and get back on my diet.
Still AF= 26 day.
