Welcome to PC. I'm glad you found us. Please keep posting and reading. There are so many wonderful folks here who can give you ideas that have worked for them. They are also great at just giving a hug when needed and some conversation so you don't feel as though you are all alone in this battle.

Why don't you let us know what kind of things you have done to try to help yourself. Maybe we can all brainstorm together and come up with other ideas you can try?

I wish you well peters.....and I know how difficult things can be at times. Hold on tight and take it minute by minute if that's all you can muster up right now.
