oh, believe me, Ciel, i did not Start Out meditating 2 hrs at a time,,, a brain has to work up to that~!

20 minutes is actually pretty good for a beginner,, just do it several times a day. the effects are cumulative (they add up). and the most notable effects are the ability to concentrate, hold a thought, resist an emotional reaction, and be more aware... these are well worth working for~!
