I need some support. Going through a hard time of rapid cycling and now depression. I'm having thoughts about hurting myself. I can't keep up with my classes; I'm probably going to skip tomorrow. I just feel miserable and lonely so far away from home (I'm in Cairo). Thanks all for reading this.
