The child sounds profoundly emotionally disturbed. The only exception to that would be if she does, indeed, have a true physical abnormality. Since she has been seen by doctors, I'm guessing that they've run the appropriate tests and such?

Has she been seen by a psychiatrist? Because I would say that is a must, an absolute must.

That little girl needs help and she needs it fast. I am very serious.
