Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so pay attention to the lost inches more than what the scale says. If you're noticing a difference in the way clothes fit, and if you're loosing inches, its working! Just gotta wait to actually see it on the scale. Right now muscle weight is replacing fat weight, so you'll see poundage come off a little while later after you build the muscle you're gonna build.
