Kay, is there any way you can arrange your appointment with your counsellor so you don't have to wait two weeks? Is there anyone you can talk to at school? Is there a student support centre, or advisers who could give you an idea of what to do? Do you have a student union? Sometimes they have some support networks. Are there any student-run support groups for depression sufferers, or any in the local community?
If things get really bad... there is always the hospital. I know you said in chat that you were terrified of going there, but sometimes when things get so bad, it is the choice between going there and doing something really bad, you know? Is there anybody you can tell, either at school or in your life, about how bad things are going? Sometimes just keeping bad depression disguised is a strain in itself. Not everyone is ignorant about depression: there is understanding and support out there.
