You are absolutely overdoing it. Sometimes I read your posts here and a couple thoughts come to mind:

-Man this guy has some serious ambition and dedication!
-Where does he get the free time to do all this?

You are risking injury by overdoing it, plus by working out constantly you are not allowing your muscles to recover. If becoming toned and/or more muscular is a goal, it will not happen through over-training. The body needs rest too!
